PepReviewPro handles collection, compliance screening, and publishing. There is nothing for you to do.

  1. Customer gets an email after their order

    Once a WooCommerce order is marked complete, a branded review invite goes out on its own. You choose the delay, 48 hours by default. Customers click and write.

  2. AI checks the review for compliance

    Every submission is scanned for language that could cause issues with payment processors. Non-compliant parts are removed, and the customer's own safe feedback is kept. If nothing passes, the review isn't published.

  3. We verify the purchase is real

    The reviewer's email is matched against your WooCommerce orders, so only real customers can leave reviews. Each one gets a Verified purchase badge shoppers can trust.

  4. The review goes live on your site
