Tell buyers where you ship and what you sell

Pick your country in Ships from. In Ships to, select Choose countries and tick each country you ship to. Everywhere ticks them all, and Clear empties the list. Select Save changes when you're done.

Your store page lists the first six countries, and buyers can open the rest. In the Verified vendors directory, buyers can filter by Ships to.

From version 4.3.0, the WordPress plugin syncs every night. It fills Ships to from the countries WooCommerce ships to. If you change the list here, your edit stays. The plugin only replaces it after you change your shipping settings in WooCommerce.

The plugin also fills Ships from with your store's country and Payment methods from your enabled payment gateways, but only while they are empty. Once you set them, they stay as you set them.

An empty Ships to list means we don't know where you ship. Your store page says so, and it never says you ship everywhere. A partner like ChatPEP leaves you out when a buyer asks for a country, so fill in your list to be found.

Tick each way buyers can pay under Payment methods. Add the page with your third-party test results in Lab results link. Your store page links to it.

Partners like ChatPEP show your products with their prices and images. They come from your WordPress plugin from version 4.3.0, or else from your store's public WooCommerce catalog. See them in Products, under Store in the sidebar. On Growth and Professional, Sync now reads your public catalog again. A store whose plugin sends its catalog has no need for it, so the button is not there.

We match each product to the compound it contains, so a buyer who asks for one finds you. A product marked Not matched doesn't show for any compound. Email support@pepreviewpro.com with its name and we'll match it.
