  Quick, hassle-free customer service

  I was referred from a friend of mine and I’m happy to find a company that values customer service. One of the three items I ordered was incorrect. After a short conversation, they shipped the correct item and provided a UPS return label to send back the original vial. I was happy to be able to speak to someone immediately and they remedied the issue with zero hassle. Shipping was quick (3 days), prices were fair and the most important thing to me was the personal touch from their staff. I’ll continue to use them as a result.

  Careful packaging and excellent customer service

  Every order has been packaged with care and arrived on time. When there was a shipping delay, the customer care team returned my call in less than 15 minutes. I have nothing but the absolute best things to say about their research compounds, their pricing, their turnaround time, and their customer service!

  Shipping delay blamed on FedEx

  Ordered over Labor Day weekend. Got a ship notice on Saturday the 5th. Tracking did not start until 9/11. Order not expected to arrive until 9/16. I asked if this was normal, service told me they’d done their job and to take it up with FedEx.
