  Billing issues made ordering burdensome

  Great service but each time I placed in order my card was charged but website would say order didnt process. Then you all would reach out and tell me the same. I would show you where I was charged and you would immediately process order but it just made the process burdensome and annoying. Fix billing problems and I’m a return customer.
