How do I move from the WordPress plugin to the SDK?

Updated · Integrations

You can move your store off WordPress and keep every review. Send the same order numbers and product ids, and your reviews keep matching.

Keep your ids

A whole-number id, like a WooCommerce order number, is stored exactly as you send it. If your new store keeps your old order numbers and product ids, new orders and old reviews line up. Any other id, like NP-10432, gets a number of ours, and every answer echoes yours.

Connect the SDK first

Set up the SDK while the plugin still runs. Connect a store that isn't on WordPress

Then send orders from your new checkout. Send orders from your checkout

Check Request reviews when an order is. The plugin always waits for completed orders. If your new checkout only knows paid, choose Paid.

While both are connected, the Connection card shows each one. A problem with the plugin still shows there.

Move your reviews on the page

Shortcodes need WordPress. On your new store, use the React components or the HTML code from the gallery. Show reviews with React

Send your catalog from the new store too, so partners keep showing your products. Show your products and shipping on PepReviewPro

One key for both

A store key, the kind that starts with sk_live_, also connects the WordPress plugin. Paste it into the plugin's API Key field, and one key covers both while you move.

Turn the plugin off

Once orders arrive from your new checkout, deactivate PepReviewPro in WordPress under Plugins. If anything looks wrong during the move, email support@pepreviewpro.com.
