  Fast shipping and excellent customer service

  I made an order with Apexpeptidesupply.com. The process was extremely easy. I received the order two days later, I couldn’t believe how fast it was. The only issue I had was one of my products didn’t arrive. I was also sent two additional items I didn’t order. I called the number and was greeted by the best customer service. Not only was my missing vial sent immediately, he told me I could keep the items sent accidentally! He also gave me a discount code for my next purchase! As far as the quality of the product, all of the COA’s are accessible online and they are a very reputable company. I will be ordering from them in the future!

  Arrived warm, with no customer support

  I do not recommend this company. I ordered a temperature-sensitive research compound, but it arrived hot. The package did not appear to have adequate cold-chain protection, which raised serious concerns about how the research compound was handled during shipping. For research compounds that require temperature control, proper shipping conditions are essential. Receiving the research compound warm made me question whether it had been stored and transported appropriately. Before leaving this review, I contacted the company on WhatsApp to explain the issue and ask for support. Unfortunately, I received no response and no solution was offered. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company due to the poor shipping conditions and lack of customer service.
