    The quality has always been top notch. The new branding labels need an explanation of peptide ingredients. I see nothing on site noting the changes of product label. Just labeling it "Astro-C" or whatever without a description, is not helpful. Huge upgrade in customer service is very appreciated and long overdue. I almost stopped ordering the products because of this problem. The items always ultimately arrived "eventually", but there had been little or no communication and now you seem to have solved that issue. Venmo has been blocked a couple times but used Zelle instead. Research products are very high quality and consistent.

    Missed the special while it was out

    I have been a customer for over 2 years. This last time when it was time to reorder Astro was running a special. When I tried to order and get a great discount they were conveniently out of the product. When the special ending, they conveniently had the product. Just upsetting and I truly believe they weren’t out of the product. They should honor that special, when they restock.
