I placed my order on 8/2/2026, received confirmation of order complete with FED EX tracking # on 8/4/2026. The FedEx - One Rate (3-4 days usually) didn't deliver until 8/11/2026 at 3:03pm. While waiting for my delivery I contacted Customer Support and was told that the wild fires on the west coast may have impacted their routes but never received a notice from the company. that there may be a delay. When you pay FedEx shipping charges you expect 2-4 day max delivery, I thought that's why you use FedEx.
