  Everything is great except bank payment

  I have ordered twice and have referred 2 friends, everything is great, the only issue we all have is getting the direct bank payment to work. I fill in all the info and when I return to my order it is canceled. We all have the same problem. Aside from that, website, service, shipping, products, everything is great.
