Yes. On any plan, buy 500 more review requests for $75, for one store. They never expire.
Buy a pack
When a store gets close to its monthly number, the banner at the top of the dashboard shows Get more requests. Get more on Emails this month, on Sent under Campaigns, opens the same choice. Select Buy 500 more for $75, then choose how many packs you want in Stripe, up to 20 at once.
How bought requests are used
- A pack belongs to the store you bought it for.
- Your plan's monthly requests go out first. Bought requests are used after them.
- They never expire. What is left carries into next month.
- Requests that were waiting on the limit start going out on the next send.
A pack or a bigger plan
A pack works out to $0.15 a request. Every plan's own requests cost less, so a store that needs packs every month usually pays less on the next plan. Once a store has bought packs in two different months, the choice shows the next plan first.
Past Professional
Professional sends up to 15,000 a month per store. If you need more, talk to us. We add extra requests to your plan in blocks of 5,000 a month, for $750 a month each.
