How do I send orders without WooCommerce?

Updated · API

If your store doesn't run on WooCommerce, your own code can send completed orders to PepReviewPro. Records completed orders so their buyers' reviews show as purchase verified, and queues review requests from the store's active campaigns.

What you need

An API key with Send orders (store:orders). How do I create an API key?

Send orders

Call POST /api/v1/my-orders with a JSON body:

  • store_id (string, required): The store's slug.
  • order (Order): One order. Send this or orders.
  • orders (Order[]): Up to 50 orders. Processing stops at the first one that fails.
  • Order.id (integer, required): The WooCommerce order number.
  • Order.email (string, required): The buyer's email, up to 255 characters.
  • Order.name (string): The buyer's full name, up to 200 characters.
  • Order.products ({ id, name }[]): Up to 100 products. The first one names the review request.

Find your store's slug

GET /api/v1/my-stores lists your stores. id is the store's slug. Use it as store_id everywhere else.

What happens next

Sending an order twice is safe. Repeats count as duplicates and are not mailed again. Review requests go out only from campaigns that are on. A result with skipped_reason set to no_active_campaign means none were.
