Why isn't my widget showing a new review?

Widgets show published reviews only. A missing review is usually still waiting, or a setting is hiding it.
The review isn't published yet
Check the review's status in Reviews. Pending and Flagged reviews don't appear. Why is a review still pending?
A setting hides it
Lowest rating shown, in widget settings, hides reviews rated below it.
Refresh every widget
Widgets update on their own. If one still looks out of date, go to Settings under Widgets and select Refresh widgets. Every copy loads fresh.
WordPress isn't syncing
If you use shortcodes, check the Connection card on the WordPress page. Why does the plugin say it isn't connected?
