What can I do when screening holds a review?

A review that fails screening shows Held by screening in Reviews, with the reasons listed under it. It can't be published as written, but you have two ways forward.
Run the AI clean-up
Open the review's menu and select AI clean-up. It screens the text again and keeps what can be published:
- If the text passes as written, it is kept.
- If part of it can be kept, the cleaned text replaces it.
- If nothing can be kept, the stars are published on their own, once the buyer has confirmed the review.
A review still waiting on its buyer's confirmation is cleaned, not published. It then waits for the buyer, like any other review.
Request a re-check
Select Request re-check to ask a person on our team to look at it. The review shows Re-check requested until someone decides. If they approve it, it is published. If not, it stays held.
You can ask for a re-check only on a review that screening rejected, and only one at a time.
Leave it unpublished
A held review stays off your store page and out of your widgets. You don't need to do anything with it.
