Can I remove a review from my store?

You can take a review out of public view by flagging it, or remove it for good by deleting it. You can't edit what a buyer wrote or the stars they gave.
Flag a review
In Reviews, open the review's menu and select Flag. It comes down from your store page, your widgets, and WordPress. Select Unflag to move it back to Pending, then approve it to publish it again.
Delete a review
Open the review's menu and select Delete, then confirm. It comes down from your store page, widgets, and WordPress. This can't be undone.
What you can't do
- Write or edit a review's text, or change its star rating. The only changes to a buyer's words come from the compliance clean-up.
- Add the Verified purchase badge to a review we couldn't match.
- Publish text that failed compliance screening.
