Which WooCommerce orders does the plugin send?

The plugin sends each order to PepReviewPro when it is created and when its status changes. Review requests follow only when an order is completed.
Completed orders
An order must be marked completed in WooCommerce before a review request is queued. If orders stay in processing, no requests go out for them. Older plugin versions send completed orders only.
An order with no email address or no products is saved, but nobody is emailed.
How saved orders help
Every saved order helps match reviews. When a buyer confirms a review, we look for their order, or their email among your customers with orders. A match earns the Verified purchase badge.
Orders from before you connected
Orders placed before the plugin connected don't arrive on their own. Email support@pepreviewpro.com and our team can import your order history. After that, Request reviews can reach those customers.
