How do I ask past customers for a review?

Two tools on the Reviews page reach customers who already bought from you. Both send through your Store review request campaign, so turn it on first.
Ask recent customers
- On Reviews, select Request reviews.
- Check the numbers: Completed orders, Already emailed, Ready to ask, and Left this month.
- Enter how many people to ask in Customers to ask. Newest orders come first.
- Select Send requests.
Requests go out on your campaign's schedule. Each customer is asked once.
Upload a list
- On Reviews, select Upload CSV.
- Pick a CSV file with an email column. Name and order columns are optional.
- Check the preview, then select the Ask button. It shows how many customers will be asked.
You can upload up to 5,000 customers at a time. Anyone your campaigns have already emailed is skipped, and so is anyone past this month's email allowance.
The Verified purchase badge
A review earns the Verified purchase badge only when we can match it to your store's orders. Customers from a CSV earn it only if their order or email is already on file. To bring in older WooCommerce orders, email support@pepreviewpro.com.
