Pros: Fair pricing (with discount code), good selection of products, COA's included testing for endotoxins and heavy metals (not all suppliers go this far with their COAs), easy to order and pay online, shipping speed was ok. Only con: Shipping packaging in my opinion was mediocre -loose vials in a shipping style envelope (could have broken easily with carrier mishandling) and no real temperature control measures.

I've got several research compounds such as RC-01, tesa, and nad+. They have all been great, and their customer service is awesome. I did receive the wrong research compound once, and hopped on a chat with customer service, and they got me the correct one in the mail right away. Their prices are awesome too compared to the other companies out there, some of which are subscription based.
