How do I change what my review request emails say?

You write the subject and message of each campaign. The preview beside the form shows the email as your buyers will get it.
Edit a campaign
- In the sidebar, under Campaigns, open Configure.
- Change the Subject and Message. The message is plain text.
- Select Save.
Merge tags
Merge tags fill in for each buyer: {{customer_name}}, {{store_name}}, {{product_name}}, and {{product_list}}. The preview updates once every tag is written correctly.
Send yourself a test
Select Send test. It sends what is in the form now, saved or not, to the email you sign in with.
What every request includes
Each review request shows five stars. A buyer taps one and their rating is saved. The page that opens lets them add a few words. A button below opens the same page with no star chosen. The review guidelines from PepReviewPro close the email.
Your logo, Accent color, and Email footer come from Branding, under Store in the sidebar.
