- What does the Verified purchase badge mean?We found the reviewer's order with that store, and the reviewer confirmed the review from their email.
- How do I leave a review?Use the link in your review request email, or write one from the store's page.
- Why isn't my review showing yet?Your review appears once the store publishes it. A review from the store's page also needs you to confirm it.
- How are vendors ranked in the directory?The directory weighs each vendor's average rating by how many reviews stand behind it.
- How do I stop getting review request emails?Use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any review request. It stops that store's emails.
- How is the PepReviewPro score calculated?It is an average of a store's published reviews that gives more weight to verified and recent ones.
- How are review summaries written?AI reads a store's most recent published reviews and summarizes what buyers say. It never adds anything they didn't.
